My name is Arthur Mingo, and I am a lawyer in Chicago and want to help explain why the law is the way it is. Too often, news organisations, TV shows, and the public do not explain or know the legal underpinnings and rules that affect our daily lives. With this website and podcast I want to pull the curtain back and bring you into the legal world.
